If logging from BizTalk don't work.

Start to check status of the System Parameter BizTalkTrackingEnabled it should be enabled to copy data from BizTalk.

The easy way to do this is to open Integration Manager Configuration, in Control Center click on change for System Settings.

If the value is change restart the IM Logging Service.

You should now start to see the following in the audit log "[Log_DTACopyTrackedEvents] was called" after the IM Logging Service service has started.

You may activate this option manually in the IMConfig database in the table SystemParameters, look for the value of the key BizTalkTrackingEnabled.

SQL commands:

To check status of the key BizTalkTrackingEnabled

SELECT * FROM [IMConfig].[dbo].[SystemParameters] WHERE [Key] = 'BizTalkTrackingEnabled'

To enabled logging

UPDATE [IMConfig].[dbo].[SystemParameters] SET [Value] = 'true' WHERE [Key] = 'BizTalkTrackingEnabled'

To disable logging

UPDATE [IMConfig].[dbo].[SystemParameters] SET [Value] = 'false' WHERE [Key] = 'BizTalkTrackingEnabled'
